High in the mist-veiled peaks of Jinotega, Nicaragua, the artisans at GMCG Member Farms dared to dream beyond traditional coffee. They bathed their cherries in a three-stage fermentation steeped with fresh watermelon, forcing the beans to absorb in vibrant fruity esters down to their very core. What emerged from the mist was sheer summer magic in a cup, an electric, playful brew brimming with sweet notes of watermelon, cherry, and candy that transformed a simple harvest into an avant-garde elixir.
