Pantan Musara (Washed)

Perched in the Gayo Highlands of Central Aceh, Sumatra, the Pantan Musara mill serves a community of smallholder farmers living at extreme altitudes. While Indonesia is famous for earthy, heavy-bodied coffees, this selection defies expectations.

Unlike the traditional "Wet Hulled" method common in the region, this coffee is Washed. By meticulously removing the fruit and fermenting the beans before drying, the producers highlight a side of Sumatran coffee rarely seen: one of pristine clarity and vibrant acidity.

The profile is elegant, bright, and surprisingly clean with notes of passionfruit, brown sugar and lime.
