GMCG Members Farm

Our Nicaragua coffee comes from the Jinotega region, known for its lush highlands and vibrant, fruit-forward profiles. This carbonic maceration lot is produced by the GMCG members farm and features the rare Red Pacamara variety grown between 1,200 and 1,600 meters above sea level. The cup offers a layered and expressive profile with notes of Cherry, Papaya, and Peach.
